Markal offers full and spot mounting on a wide variety of stocks including corrugated, 3M sintra, foam core, foam-x as well as varied thinkness of board, vat, and SBS. We have the ability to spot mount a 10 x 13 sheet on a 38 x 50 board and can also produce dual mounted stocks, 80# covers mounted to 80# covers, or any other specialty thickness board you might need. Our minimum sheet size is 8.5 x 11 and our maximum size is 38 x 50.

Our folding and gluing operations parallel our numerous diecutting capabilities. We can fold and glue standard folders, expansion folders, and straight tuck cartons. We have the ability to glue 3 panel folders up to 30” and can crush fold W-folders. We also have the ability to automatically accordion fold, Z fold, and cross folders. We can also automatically apply fugitive glue dots.
